At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
The registered paper must be presented at the conference.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in the paper’s exclusion from the conference proceedings.

Full Paper Presenter (Author-Full Paper): For authors who will present AND publish their paper. Please select the "Full Paper" category.
Abstract Presenter (Author-Abstract): For authors who will ONLY present on a specific conference day WITHOUT paper publication. Please select the "Abstract" category.
Listener: Other co-authors and accompanying persons may register as listeners.

Participants registering under the category must submit a copy of their valid student ID to the registration system.
1. 注册步骤
Online Registration: Please log in to the online registration system or conference mini-program to complete your information and payment.
Document Submission: Please send your camera-ready paper and payment proof to the Conference Secretariat email before the deadline.
Confirmation: Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and all required documents. A confirmation letter will be emailed to the registrant.
2. 费用标准与截止日期
Registration fees vary based on the “Early Bird”, “Regular”, and “Onsite” deadlines. Please refer to the registration fee table.
Proceedings Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the online conference proceedings. The maximum number of basic pages (e.g., 8 pages for single-column or 5 pages for double-column format) varies depending on the requirements of the cooperating publisher. Please be sure to check the “Author Instructions” or “Submission Guidelines” on the official website of your specific conference for accurate details. Extra pages beyond the basic limit will incur additional charges per page.

Online Payment: You can access the online payment system via an online link. No additional fees are imposed by the conference. Please note: Credit card payments may incur a small currency exchange commission fee charged by the cardholder’s bank, for which the cardholder is responsible.

If a registrant is unable to attend, they may, by arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, substitute someone else. If substitution is not applicable, the following refund policy applies:
若注册者无法出席会议,可提前与会议主办方协调,由他人代替出席。如无法采取上述解决方案,请参照以下退费条款:
1.会议开始日期前90天内:退回已付注册费的70%;
2.会议开始日期前60天至90天:退回已付注册费的60%;
3.会议开始前30至60天:退回已付注册费的50%;
4.会议开始前不足30天:不予退费。
If a registrant is unable to attend ICPAMI 2025, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply:
1. Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid;
2. Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid;
3. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid;
4. Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made formally via email to the Conference Secretariat. or “No-Show” without a cancellation notice sent within the period specified in the policy, the registration fee is non-refundable.
No refund will be given for “No-Show” without a valid cancellation notice sent within the specified period.
The conference organizer generally does NOT book hotels for attendees. On-site participants are advised to make their own reservations well in advance.
Force Majeure: The organizer reserves the right to change the conference dates, venue, and format, and shall be relieved of refund or compensation obligations if prevented or affected by “force majeure” circumstances beyond its control.
Paper Indexing: Content will be submitted to indexing databases. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
Anti-Fraud Warning: Please use only the officially authorized channels for submission and registration, such as the online system and official email addresses published on the conference website. Regular consultations can be conducted through WeChat, as listed on the website. Do not trust any unofficial contacts. If you receive any suspicious calls, text messages, emails, or notice any suspicious websites, please report them to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third parties.
